In celebration of Mexico’s bicentenary, Gregorio Vasquez and Manuel Wedeles of America’s Vasquez and Wedeles Architects have come up with an award-winning design selected in the 10th International Arquine Competition to commemorate the country’s 200 years of independence in 2010.
